Ultimate User University
The Ultimate User University is an ongoing project designed to change the way people intereact and use technology.  There is no escaping the future which is more and more technically oriented and the gap between those that can and those that can't grows.

With ongoing research into elearning, distant learning, and technology methodologies, THE Ultimate User is working towards a better technology experience for even the newest user.

Community Technology Initiative

The Community Technology Initiative is a free service of THE Ultimate User, Richard Bishoff designed to provide access to proprietary methods and process that can help non-technical people get results from any computer, using any software all the time.

CTI is a 60-minute workshop requiring no computers that is provided to libraries, churches, and other non-commercial social organizations on a first come, first serve basis. This free workshop is designed to help those in need to begin to understand computers and technology from an absolute beginning. Based upon the commercial Ultimate User Technology Success System, CTI provides a basic starting platform from which a person can begin to get results in a do-it-yourself fashion as well as learn how to find out where to go when they need to fill in the missing pieces of the puzzle.

RODD & STAFF
A large part of my work is based upon knowing what tools and technologies are available, how they work, how to apply and adapt them to various environment.  These general requires me to follow a long doctrine of research and analysis.

This, of course, one of my favorite aspects of the job.

The downside has always been the way the information I retrieve gets filed, shuffled, and sometimes lost.  So I needed a solution.

The Open Source Association has been designed to provide a community setting for the unique processes in technology related to Open Source Software and processes.

Open Source has taken on a new life with the growing trends in Enterprise 2.0 and Web 2.0, providing new opportunities for individuals, businesses, and developers.  Open Source now extends beyond the confines of geekdom offering more than just programming code and application but a new way of thinking about technology and how technology is used.

Firefly is a project designed to take business and enterprise into the next centruy.  Taking into account the various aspects of business, analyzing the current processes and resources I was able to arrive at what I believe to be the future of business growth and development.
