Codename: FireFly
Firefly is a project designed to take business and enterprise into the next centruy.  Taking into account the various aspects of business, analyzing the current processes and resources I was able to arrive at what I believe to be the future of business growth and development.
Since all enterprises share certain common threads both good and bad, it was my objective to develop a tool capable of ensuring bottom line performance while enhancing the resources and people involved in the process.

Firefly is a collaborative, multigroup environment designed to encourage and develop team building and recognition of employee involvement through a tool that can best be described as an Innovation Center.

We are all familiar with the current limitations on companies when looking for better, stronger, and more viable ideas for company development.  This tool will be a server base unit capable of eliminating the potential drains on idea development and allow for oversight, encouragement, and awarding of performance associate with a given idea or suggestion from the original author as well as the associated team member that are assigned or volunteer for involvement.

Firefly aims to make business develop a product of those involved in the process of day-to-day business from the front line to the executive suite and ensure that the final product has the potential to generate a new income stream.
